Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client Less than 24 hours’ notice: If a client cancels the night doula service less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued. More than 24 hours’ notice: If the client cancels the service more than 24 hours before the appointment, they are entitled to reschedule the service one time only at no additional cost. If the service is not rescheduled or cancelled again, no refund will be provided. 2. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule an appointment only once, provided that the request is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the service will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be offered. 3. Cancellation by the Doula If the doula must cancel the scheduled service, the client will be given the option of either: A full refund of the service fee, or The opportunity to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time. 4. Emergencies In the case of genuine emergencies on either side, both parties will make reasonable efforts to accommodate each other by rescheduling or finding a suitable replacement doula if possible. 5. Refunds Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. By booking our Night Doula Support service, clients agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. 6. Responsibilities Doula; I agree that my role is supportive and that I will be guided by the mother’s needs, wishes and decisions. I agree to give overnight postnatal support, care for baby, assist in establishing routine, and breastfeeding support and will carry out all other discussed and agreed tasks helpful to the mother. Mother; The decision to employ a Doula remains the individual’s and the doula cannot accept any responsibility for problems during or after pregnancy and birth.
